Pickup And Delivery
It is easy to schedule a pick up/delivery of order by customer. Customer can place order through call center/ web site/ app. confirming time slot for pick up/ delivery . Walk in customer at the time of placing order can mention time slot for free delivery of clothes . In case of unforeseen circumstances pick up /delivery is delayed from our side, we will inform you in advance.
A message confirming time slot of pick up/delivery will be sent to customer on receipt of order request. In case of rescheduling of pick up/delivery, customer is requested to contact our call center or email request to care@laundryezy.in.
We deliver laundry within 48 hours and dry clean within 90 hours of order request. In case of special request, we will try to honour customer requirement.
Order Processing
Our rider collects clothes from you and hands over clothes to our laundromat. Here they are examined by our team and only then your clothes are washed /dry cleaned. Your laundry is folded or steam ironed as per your order.
At the time of order pick up, you need to inform our rider about segregation of clothes. Our rider will place your clothes in different bags.
You can give instructions for cold wash/antiseptic/ fabric conditioners when order is being placed. We will take note of it when washing your clothes.
We will inform you when we pick up order, order is ready for delivery, when order is handed over to rider for delivery.
Payment
Once clothes are ready for delivery, we will send link through SMS for invoice mentioning order amount.
You can make payment for order placed through cash/online payment. Cash needs to be handed over to rider at the time of delivery of clothes. Online payment can be done using link sent by us through SMS for invoice.

We offer discount coupons time to time. They are prominently shown on website and app. We keep sending personalised offers to customers.
